These terms are an agreement between you and TRANSCENDENT WOLF UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in
Portugal under NIPC 518522164, with its registered office at
Avenida do Atlântico 16, esc. 5.07, Parque das Nações, 1990-019 Lisboa, Portugal, covering your use of Exiido. By creating an account you
accept them.
What the service does
Exiido connects to your Instagram professional account and lets you read, manage
and automatically reply to messages and comments.
What you are responsible for
Everything your automations say. You write them and you own the
consequences. We do not review your content before it is sent.
Following Meta's rules. Your use of the service is also governed by
Instagram's Terms and Meta's Platform Policies. Breaking them can get your account
restricted by Meta, and can put every other customer of ours at risk — so we will suspend
an account that does.
Not sending unsolicited messages. Instagram only permits replying inside
a messaging window opened by the customer. The service enforces this, and attempting to
work around it is a breach of these terms.
Honouring opt-outs. When somebody asks to stop receiving messages, that
is final. The service enforces it and you may not override it.
Your own legal obligations to the people who message you, including
telling them when they are talking to an automation where the law requires it.
What we are responsible for
Running the service with reasonable care and keeping your data secure.
Processing conversation data only on your instruction — see the
privacy policy.
Telling you promptly if something goes wrong that affects your data.
What we do not promise
The service depends on Instagram, which we do not control. Meta can change its API,
rate-limit an account, or restrict access at any time, and messages may be delayed or
refused as a result. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for
outcomes caused by the platform itself.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep
access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period you have already used. If the service was unavailable for a reason on our side, write to us and we will refund it.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you like.
We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or Meta's policies, or that
puts our platform access at risk. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first.
After closure we delete your workspace and its conversations within 30
days. Export anything you need before then.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in
the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be
limited.
Changes
We will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email before a
material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and its courts have exclusive
jurisdiction.
