Exiido is operated by TRANSCENDENT WOLF UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Portugal under NIPC 518522164, with its registered office at Avenida do Atlântico 16, esc. 5.07, Parque das Nações, 1990-019 Lisboa, Portugal. It is a tool that businesses use to manage and automate their Instagram conversations. TRANSCENDENT WOLF UNIPESSOAL LDA is the entity that owns and operates the Exiido Instagram app registered with Meta.
This matters, because it decides who is responsible for your data.

Businesses can configure automated replies. When you are talking to an automation rather than a person, the first message you receive says so — every time, on every account, and it is not a setting a business can switch off.
You can ask to speak to a human at any time, and you can stop the messages entirely by replying STOP. We honour that immediately: once you have stopped, nothing is sent to you from that business — not an automated reply and not a message somebody types by hand. Only the owner of the business account can put you back, only if you were stopped by mistake, and we record who did it and when so it can be checked afterwards.
These are every company that processes your data on our behalf. Each acts only on our instruction, for the purpose named, and for no purpose of its own.
Data is stored in Germany, inside the European Union. Where a sub-processor above is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Write to exiido.pro@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
To delete your data, see the deletion instructions. If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
If you messaged a business. They decide how long to keep your conversation, so the fastest route is usually to ask them. But you may always ask us directly, and we will act on it.
Exiido is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to exiido.pro@gmail.com and we will delete it.
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
