Requesting deletion of your data

Exiido is a tool that businesses use to manage their Instagram conversations. If you have messaged a business that uses it, or commented on their posts, we hold a copy of that conversation on their behalf.

How to request deletion

1. Email exiido.pro@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the Instagram username you used, so we can find your data. We cannot identify you from an email address alone, because we never collect one from you.
3. We will confirm within 30 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You can also remove Exiido from your Instagram account at any time, in Settings → Apps and websites. That stops any further data reaching us, but does not by itself delete what we already hold — use the request above for that.

What gets deleted

• Your contact record, including your Instagram username and ID.
• Every message you exchanged with the business, in both directions.
• The conversation itself.

If a business asks us to delete everything

When a business stops using Exiido, we delete their workspace and everything in it, including every conversation, within 30 days.
